FAQ

Q1. What material do you use for jewelry cabinet?

A: we use P2 standard MDF for USA market and E1 for european market. Please find attached test report for MDF material. 

Q2. How many times you paint?

A: We usually paint 3 times. PU for first painting and NC for 2^nd and 3^rd painting.

Q3. Can you do fumigation report?

A: We can apply for fumigation before exportation, but it's not necessary. The whole cabinet is made of MDF. There's no any solid wood included.

Australia and NewZealand are also our key market, none of our clients there require fumigation report to pass the Customs.

Please consult with your Customs. If it's necessary, we could apply for it for you. It's about $100 only.

Q4.How long will be your production lead time?

A: Our production lead time is usually 35days. However it could be 45days depends on our workload.  We shall confirm the exact delivery time when you decide to order.

Q5.Will you accept OEM?

A: Yes, we can do OEM for you. Please provide your draft or advise your idea.

Q6.What kind of product reports do you have?
