Q1. How do you control quality?
A. We've been shipping to department stores and famous brands for years. We've been lucky that we have not received any serious quality complaint. We cannot prove anything by words, but you are welcome to visit us and see our QA and QC procedure, together with all professional equipment to keep the quality standard.

Q2. May I have a sample?
A: We are pleased to provide a sample for approval. Sample lead time is about 10-15days. 

Q3. What's the MOQ of order?
A:50pcs/item but mix full container load is required. We will also accept LCL for trial order. 

Q4. What are your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% deposit and 70% against shipping document. Inspection by buyer or 3rd party is welcome.

Q5. What are your terms of delivery?
A: Our quotation is based on FOB Guangzhou port. We can also quote CNF or CIF is required.

Q6. Do you inspect all your goods before delivery?
A: We have QA in every procedure, and 100% QC before packing. After that, we will have random QC based on AQL 4.0/2.5. 3rd party inspection by SGS or ITS is welcomed.
