Q1. Do you inspect all your goods before delivery?

A: We have QA in every procedure, and 100% QC before packing. After that we will have random QC based on AQL 4.0/2.5. 3rd party inspection by SGS or ITS is welcomed.

Q2.What if we get broken parts or missing parts?

A: We can offer 2% spare parts for hardware pack and glasses for free. If you need other spare parts, please let us know then we will quote for it.

Q3.How long will be your production lead time?

A: Our production lead time is usually 35days. However it could be 45days depends on our workload.  We shall confirm the exact delivery time when you decide to order.

Q4.Will you accept OEM?

A: Yes, we can do OEM for you. Please provide your draft or advise your idea.
